The benefits of a board designed with passion

Light weight - 8kgs/18lbs for the snubnose and 9kgs/20lbs for the pintail

Experience the fun of a board that rides like a longboard, snowboard or surfboard. Pick it up with one hand and take it anywhere. It can even be kick pushed without being turned on just like a regular longboard with little resistance.

"Just had my first skate with my new snubby! Unbloodyreal!Considering I haven't ridden a board in 15 years or more I got the hang of carving quite easily on this board and have been ripping up the backstreets and bikeways around brisbane all arvo. Such a quality board, such bloody fun!"
- Steve, Australia via Facebook

Increased battery range/run time

Ride for up to 2+ hours in one session. Use the board for fun or as an alternative form of transport.

"Dear God, it's everything I've ever wanted and more. It flies even on slow setting and carves like a dream. I am in love."
- Peter, Australia via Facebook

A quiet but fast ride

No annoying electrical or high pitch sounds. Just a quiet hum when you take off then the sound of the wheels on the road when you’re up to speed. Just beware that you might startle a pedestrian or cyclist when you glide past them! The boards can do a top speed of around 36kph/22mph but are most fun and effecient cruising at around half speed.

"Board arrived yesterday and spent most of the afternoon/evening on it - first impressions:
1. Battery life is amazing! After fully charging it, was out and about on it for over 2 hours and by the time I got home the battery indicator still hadn't come on (mostly flat around me, was doing a fair bit of adjusting to the trucks as I went and was taking it fairly easy).
2. It's fast! Even on the slow setting - The strange looks from cyclists as I was overtaking them were priceless... I only tried the fast setting briefly (god damn terrifying!) - Limiting the top speed by default was a top idea.
3. Anyone who is considering getting one, do it! Stupid amount of fun, well worth the money and Jeff and Fleur have been great to deal with."
- Tom, Australia via Facebook

Our Story

Creator Jeff Anning first came across electric skateboards 5 years ago while checking the surf at his local break on the Gold Coast. That day he searched the internet and on a mission to buy the best motorized skateboard he could find. While he was stoked to have found a new way to carve that was similar to snowboarding or surfing, it didn’t really live up to his expectations as someone who had enjoyed skateboarding as a kid.

The deck, trucks and wheels on electric skateboards were heavy, oversized and low quality, ruining the quality of the ride. Worst still the led acid battery would run out after only 30 minutes. It was impossible to kick push while turned off and too heavy to carry. After more research he uncovered a big gap in the marketplace for one basic fundamental – an efficient motorized skateboard that was built using real skateboard parts.

Jeff started designing a mechanical set up that would attach to a quality longboard and spent the next few years honing every part of the setup until he felt he’d created the best electric carving machine possible.
